KRISTEN THOMAS
FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Kristen Thomas’s love for timeless design can be traced back to her childhood home, where there was always a design project or event being planned. It came as no surprise when she chose to study fashion, visual, and interior design at the University of Rhode Island. Kristen began her career working for major fashion and interior retailers as a merchandising and marketing lead, where she became well-versed in the business side of the visual artistry she loved. She went on to earn her MBA from Boston University to further diversify her expertise in financials and project management. After several years of travel and designing for friends and family, Kristen launched Ink & Canvas. Along with her team, she works on home projects of every size, informed by her multifaceted background and inherent eye for composing comfortable, classic spaces.
